Operational guidelines governing the governance and responsible use of artificial intelligence systems and agents within the Executive Branch of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It sets out mandatory principles, rules on human oversight, traceability, data protection and risk management for all stages of the AI project lifecycle. It is aimed at all agencies within the Executive Branch and seeks to improve public administration and services through the safe and responsible use of AI.
