“Artículo 1. Objeto. Adoptar los lineamientos para el uso de herramientas de inteligencia artificial (IA) en la Rama Judicial [de Colombia]. Los magistrados, jueces y empleados de todas las jurisdicciones y especialidades, así como los directores y empleados de las unidades y dependencias administrativas de la Rama Judicial deberán cumplir con las reglas de este Acuerdo, las cuales servirán de orientación para los demás actores involucrados en los servicios de justicia, con el fin de maximizar los beneficios y potencialidades de esas tecnologías, mientras se mitigan y gestionan sus riesgos potenciales.” [Article 1. Purpose. To adopt the guidelines for the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in the Judicial Branch -of Colombia-.
