Summary (Resumen)

It establishes the background, requirements and contracting conditions for the acquisition or modification of technological projects. The instrument seeks to standardise and facilitate the public procurement of solutions based on AI and data science, promoting the ethical, responsible and efficient use of these technologies in the Chilean State.
