A governance framework adopted by the Supreme Court of the Philippines that sets out ethical principles and management guidelines for the use of human-centred artificial intelligence within the judiciary. It applies to judges, officials, staff, court users and service providers, and regulates transparency, human oversight, accountability, risk management, data protection, fairness and sustainability throughout the entire AI lifecycle.
